OUR SERVICES

Prmary Care
Our healthcare teams will provide comprehensive primary care for children and adults. We offer on-site lab services and access to affordable medications. Services include:

  • Physical exams
  • Chronic disease management for conditions such as Asthma, Arthritis, Diabetes, Heart disease, and High blood pressure
  • Vaccines for Flu and Pneumonia
  • 24 hour on-call physician coverage
  • Free interpreter service

Pediatric Care
Our highly trained medical providers and nursing staff provide:

  • Sick visits
  • Well child exams
  • Immunizations
  • Treatment for chronic illnesses such as Asthma and Allergies
  • School and Sports physicals

Prenatal Care
Our board certified OB/GYN physicians are committed to ensuring healthy pregnancies and offer:

  • Comprehensive prenatal care
  • Postpartum care
  • Coordination of deliveries with local hospitals
  • Assistance with completing Medicaid applications
  • Special program for patients who are not eligible for Medicaid

Women's Health
Our providers offer personalized care to women including:

  • Well-woman physical exams with Breast check and Pap smear
  • Family Planning (birth control)
  • Pregnancy test
  • Breast & Cervical Screening (women aged 50-64 years)
Communicable Disease
Confidential testing, treatment and education for sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia and HIV. Tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment.
