We offer exceptional, comprehensive healthcare at a reduced cost or at no cost to uninsured or underinsured clients, who wish to obtain services at the Health Department.  

Our sliding fee scale rate system is based on the federal poverty guidelines. 

All clients must provide the following documents:

  • Proof of Identification
  • Proof of Income
