Join this interactive workshop to learn ways to manage your chronic disease and improve your quality of life. Learn about healthy eating, breathing better, exercise, working with your health care team, making decisions, solving problems, and planning actions.
This program is proven to help you increase your overall health. We meet once a week for 21/2 hours, over the course of six weeks.
